December 1

15 minute walk, 5 minute jog this morning, followed by a 30 minute Tataba-style workout.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with berries, maple syrup, unsweetened coconut
Snack: animal crackers
Lunch: bean and cheese quesadilla (1) with salsa verde
Dinner: vegetable minestrone, french bread (1 slice)
